Rental FAQs

Here are some answers to the most common queries we’ve had from prospective guests. If you have any other questions, then we’re here to help – email contact@masdepradie.com or drop us a quick message on our contact page.

Is there a swimming pool?

There is a large outdoor swimming pool. Average temperatures in the south of France countryside are over 26C in the summer, and over 20C in the spring and autumn, so the pool is wonderful to enjoy during the warmer months! Children must be supervised at all times.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the Château’s laundry room, which available to all guests.

Is catering included?

The Château has a catering kitchen in the Event Hall for your celebration. There is also a self-catering kitchen in the Guardian’s Cottage and another in The Stables. Breakfast can be provided on request for an additional charge. You are welcome to choose your own caterers and we can also provide a catering service using an external team at an additional cost for weddings, family parties and other special occasions. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you would be interested in this service.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, the Château has WiFi although we’d advise downloading your favourite music and films in advance, although there is plenty to entertain in the grounds! We have many books and games, swimming pool, gardens and lots of nearby activities for big and little adventurers alike – check out our Explore page for things to do nearby.

Do you provide bedding and towels?

Yes all towels and bedding are included for the duration of your stay. You may wish to bring extra towels with you for the pool.

Are child's beds/cots available?

Yes, if you need an extra bed for a child or a cot for a baby, please let us know ahead of arrival and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

What is your availability?

Please contact us directly to check availability for specific dates, as this changes quickly. We take bookings throughout the year and the accommodation features underground heating and wood burner.

How can I pay?

All payments under 1000 euro will be required upfront at the time of booking to secure your room/rooms. For bookings over 1000 euros, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before your arrival. All payments can be made via bank transfer or Wise.com. Bookings are non-refundable but are usually transferable and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

What time is check-in/check-out

You can check-in between 4pm and 6pm. If you are unable to check-in at this time, please contact us directly to arrange a different check-in time. Check-out is by 10am. Later check-ins/check-outs are available for an additional fee. Subject to availability.
