What does the venue rental price include?
Booking a wedding or event at Château Mas de Pradié includes complete exclusive access to the Estate. The Estate comprises the Château, the Grand Event Hall, gardens, woodlands, swimming pool and gites. In total we can comfortably sleep 18 guests and there is plenty of additional accommodation nearby.
During your stay, you and your guests can enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, the Chinese Salon, family lounge, hall, swimming pool and beautiful grounds.
The rental price excludes catering.
Will I need to hire my own tables and chairs?
Yes, you will need to rent chairs and tables for your ceremony and reception. We have a list of recommended suppliers who are here to help organise all elements of your big day.
How many guests can I invite to my wedding?
We don’t have an official limit on guest numbers for weddings and events – although for an outdoor ceremony and reception we would suggest that the Château’s grounds would be suitable for up to 120 people. If you would like to use the Grand Event Hall, then this can accommodate up to 80 guests for a sit down dinner.
Are there other places nearby where my wedding guests can stay?
We can host 18 guests on site, and we’re lucky enough to have lots of hotels and excellent Airbnb accommodation nearby.
Do you offer catering?
As a venue, we offer excellent flexibility. The venue can be used as you wish and therefore there are no restrictions on catering. This means you can choose your own caterers or we can help recommend suppliers who would best suit your requirements. If you require help organising your catering, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes. Once again, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and our rental price includes exclusive hire of the venue, meaning that it is completely yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Therefore there are no limits on bringing alcohol on site (within reason!) so guests can provide their own drink for weddings and events. We also do not charge corkage. We can recommend some excellent local vineyards to supply wine for your special occasion.
